Martina Felicori was born in Varese on 05.10.1984 and graduated with honors in law from the University of “Roma 3” in Rome.
She’s a criminal lawyer since 2012, since September 2009 she has carried out his professional activity at the Studio Casellato Avvocati Penalisti; deals mainly with crimes relating to medical responsability, libel perpetrated by the media, crimes against the person and against property, as well as juvenile criminal law.
It also deals with the company's criminal law, legal advice and assistance for the adaptation and maintenance of organization and control models to the requirements of Legislative Decree 231/2001, of bankruptcy crimes, against the Public Administration and against public faith.
From 2018 he is a lecturer in the subject of "Corporate Responsibility and Organizational Models" at the Department of Economics and Business of the University of Tuscia in Viterbo.
She attended the II level Master of Criminal Tax Law at the University of Florence.
She is registered in the list of public defenders at the Court of Rome and in the list of defenders with patronage at the expense of the State in the Criminal sector.
She specialized in criminal matters by attending the specialization course for the legal defense at the Juvenile Court, organized by the Council of the Bar Association of Rome and the Criminal Lawyer Training Course organized by the Criminal Chamber of Rome.
